R: Yaba daba do! update

Well, I was inaccurate...
the titles of the cartoon series were actually renamed as I wrote, while the
surnames weren't translated.
In Italian two words are required to translate: this is probably why the series
were renamed.
In Italy the Flintstones become very famous in the sixties/seventies because
they were used to advertise a brand of insecticide.
Cheers,

In Italian the Flintstones were renamed "Gli Antenati" (the Ancestors) while
the Jetsons were "I pronipoti" (the grandnephews)
Cheers,

So fo ryou trivia buffs, the Flintstones were tranlated into many languages.
(Example, in German, "Fuersteins", as flint is "fire-stone".) Others???
