Re: Concavenator probably has an intermuscular line, not feather quills



Checking Meers (2003, fig. 9, above), the limit between the Mm.
extensor carpi radialis brevis and flexor ulnaris in crocodilians
presents the same disposition of the line in Concavenator. Apparently,
the homology of the muscles surrounding the crest is not clear
bracketing only on archosaurs, for none of the two crocodilian muscles
mentioned is a digital flexor. We should see the disposition present
in lepidosaurs to decide...
