It *recommends* against it; it doesn't *disallow* it. (Although
hopefully a recommendation is enough.)

Although, actually, it appears it could be consider eponymous with
_Eufalco_ Acloque 1900 (a junior subjective synonym of _Falco_
Linnaeus 1758)....
