Another new Spanish doctor in dinosaurs



Fidel TORCIDA FERNANDEZ-BALDOR defended his doctoral dissertation in
the Salas de los Infantes Municipal Auditorum on last Saturday, 10
March.

The thesis was directed by J. Ignacio CANUDO (University of Zaragoza).

The Doctoral Thesis Committee was formed by:

- Dr. Gloria CUENCA-BESCOS (University of Zaragoza),
- Dr. Bernat VILA (University of Zaragoza),
- Dr. Leonardo SALGADO (CONICET and National University of Río Negro,
Argentina),
- Dr. Xabier PEREDA-SUBERBIOLA (University of the Basque Country),
- and myself (Oviedo University, and Jurassic Museum of Asturias).

and we awarded a magna cum laude to the PhD candidate.
