I don't actually have an opinion. The coracoids are still pretty broad
mediolaterally, and the plesiomorphic condition for dinosaurs (if not tetrapods
in the wide sense!) seems to be that the coracoids touch in the midline --
that's why I asked. I didn't even know clear articular sulci were known on the
sterna of *Velociraptor*.
