Is _Gobipipus reshetovi_ the first dinosaur with an embryo for a holotype?

The basal avialan cladogram presented in this paper is far more mainstream than
what either Kurochkin or Chatterjee used to advocate.  Has Chatterjee admitted
that "Protoavis" isn't a bird?
