They're not included?!? :-( Oh well, the authors should have invited Shawn Zack 
to be a coauthor. His 2009 thesis remains the only attempt to answer these 
questions.

I'll try to read the paper today. 4541 morphological characters -- that alone 
is hugely exciting!
