Ceratopsian tooth found in Japan (news story)

I can't find an English language version of this news story at the
moment, but news services in Japan have announced the discovery of a
ceratopsian tooth near Satsumasendai in the Kagoshima Prefecture, at
the southern end of Japan. The links have photos, but not much detail.
Google Translate can't handle a few technical terms such as Keratopusu
(ceratopsians).
