Case 3822: Suchomimus tenerensis Sereno et al., 1998 (Dinosauria, Theropoda): proposed conservation by reversal of precedence with Cristatusaurus lapparenti Taquet & Russell, 1998. Chan-gyu Yun.

Closed:
Case 3797: Torvosaurus Galton & Jensen, 1979 (Dinosauria, Theropoda): proposed conservation by designation of a neotype for its type species Torvosaurus tanneri Galton & Jensen, 1979. Chan-gyu Yun. (Acknowledgement of receipt published in BZN 76: 98; Case not published). Following discussion with the author, the Case is now closed.

Opened:
Case 3825: Coloradisaurus Bonaparte in Lambert, 1983 (Dinosauria, Sauropodomorpha): proposed availability of generic name, and D. Lambert (1983) A Field Guide to Dinosaurs: proposed availability for nomenclatural purposes. Tyler Greenfield, Gunnar Bivens and Andrà Fonseca.

Closed in the same issue:

The International Commission on Zoological Nomenclature has used its plenary power to designate a neotype to replace the non-diagnostic lectotype for the species Allodaposuchus precedens Nopcsa, 1928.
